Population Care

In our Health Intelligence division we manage frontier knowledge in population control for chronic diseases, applying mixed methods of clinical epidemiology, biostatistics, modeling and health economics.

We have specialized in knowing populations, segmenting them by risk associated with health conditions, determining potential for risk reduction and future expenses.
Through this knowledge we plan segmented interventions, whose value is specific according to the characteristics of the segment.

We implement the measurement of results according to hierarchy, translating health effects into relevant results for the patient, provider and payer.

Experimental Interventions

I_E_1

Analytica measures the value of multiple interventions in real life:

  • Results reported by patients.
  • User experience.
  • Real costs of use and direct consequences versus current care.
  • Reduction of future risk.

Forms of intervention:

  • Changes in the delivery strategy.
  • Monitoring and diagnostic equipment, drugs, smart devices, and the internet.

The measurement of results is 3D:

  • Patient.
  • Lender.
  • Payer.

Value Based Care

We always seek excellence, which is why we have specialized at Harvard Business School in the application of the value-based care methodology for the patient, provider and insurer.
We cost the health cycle according to the Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) methodology, we apply or construct (as the case may be) the standard set of relevant results for each condition.

We create and propose integrated practice units (IPU) for the management of related health conditions, moving the axis of care from the traditional perspective (based on the supply of health services) to that of the patient (person who has health problems that require overlapping care), improving results with fewer interventions.
We are delegates of ICHOM (www.ichom.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to health outcomes research from the patient’s perspective.
